These got some great reactions from the ToTs for a ridiculously small investment. Nothing more involved than some cheesecloth, paper mache paste, twine, black lights, and a gentle October breeze. Oh, and a skull model for forming the heads, though a wig form would do pretty much as well.
Note: The white lights are from my handycam. These are best viewed with nothing more than UV and strobe lights.
